Entering into the Palace hotel, an impressive lobby featuring beautiful architecture, intricate furniture, antique paintings & artefacts welcomes the guests with an outstanding first royal impression. The hotel has two courtyards laid out along the East and West axis. The first courtyard is Deewan-e-Aam on the lobby level providing an access from all four sides & the second is the Deewan-e-Khas on the first floor. It is surrounded by rooms & balconies with low jaalis & chajjas.

Leading off the lobby is the Imperial palace hotel complex spread out in 8 acres. Noor Mahal offers a selection of 122 heritage-imbued rooms and suites, uniquely designed to provide luxurious royal splendour. Apart from Presidential suites and heritage suites, Noor Mahal boasts special royal sleeping chamber called the “Khwabgah” which includes two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, separate bar, office chamber with a private terrace that gives the overview of Karnal city.

Kr. Roop Pratap Choudhary is a second-generation hotelier heading the Noor Mahal and MD, Jewel Group of Hotels (parent organization of Noor Mahal Palace Hotel). Representing the second generation of a famous hotelier family, he firmly believes in carrying on the rich tradition of the Jewel Group of Hotels dynasty. Jewel Group of Hotels has made a strong impact in the field of luxury hospitality and continues to do so.

Roop is a hotelier both by profession and passion. Before embracing the family legacy of heritage hospitality, he gained in-depth knowledge of the industry. He has experience of working with some of the most esteemed hospitality brands in the country such as ITC Maurya, Kingdom of Dreams and Galaxy Hotel. His tenure with these organisations has helped in understanding the intricacies and the profundity of the hospitality world. It was his time with various leading hospitality brands that fuelled his original desire to take an Indian Luxury Hospitality Brand to newer heights on the global hospitality map. Roop has been investing his knowledge and skills into making the Noor Mahal and other ventures of Jewel Group of Hotels a great success.
